Hello, my name is Teodor Baev and I have been working in the field of Real Estate for more than 10 years. I have experience in carrying out transactions for purchase and sale of real estate, renting and leasing of real estate, financing of purchase and sale through a mortgage loan and real estate insurance. In 2008 I graduated from PGMBA „Helios 2000“ with a degree in Business Management, and in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree from the University of National and World Economy / UNWE – Sofia /, with a degree in Real Estate Management.
I accept my work with desire and seriousness, because working with real estate requires a large amount of knowledge in various fields, such as finance, law, statistics, accounting, trade, marketing and more. I would be happy to respond to the individual needs of anyone who wants advice or mediation for his unique property.
